Widow's Bay -- again

My father-in-law is visiting and we live in a tiny coastal village on an island in Maine and so naturally we've already watched Widow's Bay and took his visit as an excuse to watch it again to introduce him to its glory.

Widow's Bay is not exactly like our town but there are definite similarities. Except that our town decidedly does not want to be the next Bar Harbor, like the mayor of Widow's Bay wants his town to be the next Martha's Vinyard. But the population of our town doubles in size in summer months and there are...characters in our town, just like there are...characters in Widow's Bay.

Our town is not cursed, though. Widow's Bay absolutely is.
