The Glass Hotel — Emily St. John Mandel

Okay, not a romance, this one (definitely not a romance!) but I've read Station Eleven by the same author and this book was this month's selection for WNYC's Get Lit with All of It book club. I read it aloud to my wife (and my dog Giles, who really loves being read to) and it was...well, interesting. I'm not entirely satisfied with the way it ends but two minor characters in this book have an alternate life in Station Eleven and that was kind of neat. I'd totally live in the hotel that's featured in it.
