I think I learned about this book on TikTok--which, holy cow, has dramatically increased the number of books I've bought lately!--in a post about sapphic monster romances. I mean, just take my money, okay?

Del is hired by someone who claims to be from someplace called The Uncanny Society to look into local disappearances at a club by the river, where she notices a beautiful woman trying too hard to be overlooked, and who goes out of her way to keep Del from the riverbank.
