“Darkly comedic” is right. I snickered out loud several times while reading this. Fred (her preference, though no only actually calls her that) is hilarious, in a really fucked up, dark humor kind of way. And she is a terrible person. She does terrible things and she’s entirely unrepentant about all of them. But you can’t help but cheer her on anyway.
